Privacy Policy.

Smalltown Boy AI Video uses your photos and email to create and deliver the video you request.

Photos and generated videos

Upload previews stay in your browser until you continue to checkout. We then store the two prepared photos in private Cloudflare R2 storage. After payment is confirmed, photos are sent to our generation provider, 302.AI, to generate your video. Photos are deleted from our storage after successful generation; unpaid uploads are removed after 24 hours. Generated files expire after 30 days. Provider retention is governed by its own policies.

Email and optional accounts

We collect your checkout email to deliver transactional updates through Resend. You can buy without an account or password. Email verification creates an optional account so you can access previous orders and change account settings. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Changing your email requires confirmation of the new address. Payment and support records may retain the original checkout email for reconciliation.

Payments

Payments are processed on Waffo's hosted checkout. We supply the checkout email, price, and order reference. We do not receive full card numbers and do not send your photos or generated videos to the payment provider.

Cookies and access links

Essential cookies preserve guest order access and optional sign-in. Private email and order links grant access to your information; do not share them. Verification tokens expire and can only be used once. This site does not add advertising or analytics trackers.

Infrastructure and records

Cloudflare hosts the website, private files, and order database. Operational logs and payment records help us prevent abuse and reconcile orders. Order IDs and payment information may remain after the associated media expires. We do not publish a gallery of user uploads or videos.

Contact and deletion requests

Email support@smalltownboyaivideo.com from the address used for your order to request help, access, or deletion. Include the order ID if available.
