The service

Smalltown Boy AI Video is an independent AI video tool. A purchase adds a one-time credit pack to your balance: US$9.90 for 50 credits, US$19.90 for 105, or US$29.90 for 160. Each 15-second generation uses 20 credits at 480p, 45 at 720p, or 80 at 1080p. Unused credits remain available with the checkout email. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Generation opens only when payment, email, and generation services are configured.

Your photos and permission

Upload only photos you own or are permitted to use. Do not use this service for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, sexual exploitation, or misleading claims about real people. You must have authority to use the likenesses in your photos. Do not upload sensitive identity documents or private information.

AI output and music

AI likeness, motion, timing, and composition can vary. Scene illustrations show creative direction and are not a guarantee of an exact result. The included template sound and the Smalltown Boy name do not grant commercial rights to any music, artist, or likeness. You are responsible for having the rights needed for your intended use and for following the destination platform's policies.

Payments and delivery

The displayed price and the final hosted checkout total govern the purchase. Only provider-confirmed top-ups add credits. Generation starts after the required credits are reserved. Keep a valid email address for delivery. A confirmed order can be viewed in the checkout browser or through a verified email link. Download your MP4 within 30 days.

Failed or missing videos

If you are charged but generation fails or no downloadable video is delivered, contact support@smalltownboyaivideo.com with your order ID. We will review the provider and payment status and arrange a refund or a replacement with your agreement. Replacements are not submitted automatically when the provider state is uncertain. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

Refund requests

For duplicate payments or technical delivery failures, include the order ID and checkout email. Refunds are returned through the original payment provider after review. A successful custom generation cannot be cancelled retroactively solely because of a change of mind, subject to applicable law.

Accounts

Buying does not require an account. You may verify your checkout email later to access orders, set a password, or change your email. Keep your links and password private.
